YOUR LONGEVITY STARTS WITH A PERSONALIZED ASSESSMENT
We assess the pillars that drive how long, and how well you live. Then we build your Vitality Plan based on your results.
How It Works
Vitality begins with a personalized assessment across the pillars that drive longevity. We combine objective testing with subjective screening to establish your baseline, then build your Vitality Plan based on what your results show. You’ll follow a structured plan with PDF guidance and in-app video support, then re-assess at 6 months to measure progress and refine your next phase.
ASSESSMENT
Complete baseline screening across all 6 pillars (objective testing + subjective screening) to identify your starting point and priorities.
PERSONAL PLAN
Your results determine your plan tier: Foundational, Enhanced, or Peak so you have a clear roadmap you can follow.
PLAN SUPPORT
You’ll receive your plan through PDF resources and Vitality App video support to guide execution over the next 6 months.
RE-ASSESSMENT
At 6 months, we re-test key metrics to measure change, validate what’s working, and update your next plan phase.

What’s Included In The Vitality Plan
Our 2-part Vitality Screening provides a comprehensive snapshot of your health across six essential pillars. We assess not just what you can do, but how your body fuels, recovers, and adapts.
🧭 Session 1: Foundational Assessment (~75-90 min)
InBody – Body Composition
Assesses lean mass, fat mass, and water distribution for health and performance planning. Waist circumference indicates visceral fat risk and metabolic disease likelihood.
BOLT – Body Oxygen Level Test
Assesses functional breathing, CO₂ tolerance, and stress resilience.
Blood Pressure
Evaluates resting cardiovascular function and identifies potential hypertension or vascular stress risk.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
Measures daily caloric needs at rest to guide personalized nutrition and training plans.
Grip Strength
Measures overall strength capacity and is a proven marker of aging resilience.
3DMAPS®
Identifies quality, control, and efficiency of fundamental movement patterns.
Half Kneel to Stand
Assesses lower body strength and the functional ability to transfer from ground to stand.
QUESTHEALTH INTEGRATION
We start with a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) and Complete Blood Count (CBC) through Quest Health. These labs are included at the start of your program and repeated at 6 months to track progress in energy, organ function, and overall health. Your Vitality Coach reviews your results with you during your screenings to guide your personalized plan.
🏋️ Session 2: Performance Capacity (~60–75 min)
VO₂ Max
Assesses endurance, oxygen utilization, and cardiovascular resilience.
Dead Hang
Measures isometric grip strength and evaluates shoulder joint integrity under sustained load.
Hand Release Push-Ups
Assesses upper-body pressing strength, core control, and shoulder function.
Sprint–Drag–Carry
Evaluates functional power, total-body work capacity, and strength under metabolic stress.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Measures autonomic nervous system balance and recovery readiness.

Understanding the Tests in Your Assessments
What is the Vitality program, and who is it for?
The Vitality program is a personalized health coaching solution designed for individuals aged 50+ who want to improve energy, strength, sleep, and overall well-being while enhancing their long-term health.
What is the screening process?
You will be invited into the Vitality program through your coach via the Vitality app. Once here, under “Coach” tab, you will be assigned 3 intake forms to complete (1. Vitality Intake Form, 2. PSQI sleep, 3. SWAE community). Schedule your Day 1 & Day 2 screenings.
Day 1 screenings will be in the Vitality Lab located to the right upon entrance. Day 2 screenings will begin in the Vitality Lab and conclude in the large studio space.
What do I bring?
Day 1 bring a snack for after RMR as you will be fasted, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. You will be bare foot for a majority of the screenings on Day 1. For Day 2, bring a water bottle, well fitting sneakers, and clothing you would exercise in. Form-fitting attire, such as workout gear, helps us accurately evaluate your movement, joint range of motion, and posture. Supportive athletic shoes are also advised, especially for performance testing and 3DMAPS® assessments. Avoid clothing that restricts movement or obscures body alignment.
Do I need to fast?
Yes, for Day 1, you will be tested (RMR) in a fasted state (at least 8 hours). Ensure no caffeine, nicotine, or intense exercise for 12 hours prior.
For Day 2, eat a light meal 2-3 hours before testing (VO2 Max). Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or strenuous activity for at least 12 hours prior. Hydratre well, but avoid large fluid intake immediately prior.
How is the program paid for?
The program is $1999 over six months, and HSA/FSA funds can be used for payment.
How does the bloodwork with Quest Health work?
Your program includes two sets of foundational labs through Quest Health—one at the start and one at the 6-month mark. You’ll receive a digital gift card each time to cover your test, which you can use at the nearest Quest Health location.
How often are reassessments done?
Reassessments are completed in the beginning and at the 6 month marker to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.
How is this program different from other wellness programs?
Vitality focuses not only on immediate health improvements but also on enhancing long-term healthspan by addressing movement, nutrition, sleep, stress resilience, supplements, and community support.
