SCREENING SERVICES

3DMAPS®
Developed by the Gray Institute, 3DMAPS® (3D Movement Analysis & Performance System) evaluates 66 joint motions to assess mobility and stability in all three planes of motion. This screening identifies movement dysfunctions, imbalances, and restrictions, allowing us to create a targeted plan for injury prevention, reconditioning, and optimal performance.

VO2 MAX
VO2 Max measures your body’s ability to use oxygen efficiently during exercise, providing a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and endurance potential. By understanding your VO2 Max, we can tailor training intensity, optimize metabolic efficiency, and improve overall performance—whether you’re aiming for peak athleticism or long-term health.

Do I need an assessment before starting training?
- Yes. Our Assess → Analyze → Design → Coach model ensures that your training is built around your unique movement patterns, strengths, and imbalances.
