THE DHF METHOD

The body is an integrated system that must be conditioned as a whole. Our principles, strategies, and techniques are anchored to the WHOLE you.

MOBILITY

Mobility is at the core of our program design. Mobility looks at our ability to move in our surrounding space within different situations (activity/sport specific), and is dependent on our bodies muscles, bones, and nerves to properly synchronize the way we move. Mobility moves are aimed at regulating the Autonomic Nervous System, providing circulation to the muscles, and activating the muscles to move on demand.

STABILITY

Once the body has achieved the necessary mobility requirements for the goal, the body must demonstrate an ability to stabilize from within. Muscles, bones, and nerves must be integrated to allow the body to control the new found mobility it achieved.

CONDITION

An integrated program designed just for you. Involving Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, Recovery, and Cognitive components. Our coaching approach is client-centric, a shared purpose towards your personal growth.

DHF Services

The DHF Performance Center is our laboratory for our DHF Remote Trainer Platform. Our focus is in developing world class programming to enhance everyday function and performance goals.

FITNESS / VITALITY GOALS

Our programs are offered across two platforms. Practitioner Pro Sessions in an individualized environment, and semi private sessions with like minded peers. Either platform is based on your goals – needs – activity

PERFORMANCE GOALS

Prevent injuries and overtraining, improve performance, strengthen mindset, and increase their desire to persevere to reach the long term goal. Individual and group training programs available.

RECONDITIONING GOALS

Improve your quality of life, get back in the game, and discover the freedom to move free of pain with our reconditioning programs. Programs are designed in an individualized environment for only you.
