All DHF offerings begin with our 3D MAPS Screening. An integrated screening assessing your success codes, and areas of concern. Your screening is customized for you based on your activity - your needs - your goals.
DHF Coaches utilize state of the art biofeedback systems including GYKO Motion Sensors, Spark Motion Video, Zepp Golf Sensors, and more to provide the most objective findings from our 3D MAPS Screening.
Custom programs will be built on our DHF Remote Trainer App. Individuals will see their practitioner pro sessions, group workouts, and self care programs all with the touch of your finger.
Gray Institute’s 3D Maps powered by Dynamic Health & Fitness, provides the end user with a clear path to achieving their movement and performance goals. Whether you are a scholastic to professional athlete, or a more seasoned individual our 3D Maps is for you. At the core of the 3D Maps program is you, everything is based on your body – your needs -your goals. Your DHF coach will take you down a journey of movement, exploring fundamental motions such as lunges, squats, reaches, and more that will unveil all of the successes that your body has to offer. Those successes become the platform that we utilize to transcend and transform your body towards your needs and goals. Your movement screening will take one hour in duration to complete.
Traditionally group training classes focused their efforts on the "more is better" approach. Lift more, move faster, and go through the pain are synonymous with group training. Properly progressed workouts and accountability were after thoughts. Most importantly, the only focus was movement. Mindset, nutrition, and recovery components are usually not coached. Research suggests this scenario has led to up to 50% of participants dropping out within the first six months of starting. As coaches, our responsibility is to create an environment of success for the participants to create sustainable progress. When an individual feels success, their self-efficacy and value improves. We want and need to feel the value of exercise. In each of our 30-60 minute classes, individuals will move within multiple learning environments thus becoming players. Individuals working hard together, inevitable become coaches to each other. As individuals move together they then become teammates. PLAYCOACHMATE (player - coach - teammate)

The Golf MAPS programs is for golfers looking to take their game to the next level. Golf is a sport, with a complex swing. In order to have an effective and efficient swing, the body must have the ability to coordinate a sequence of motions needed. Optimal flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and power are needed for proper sequencing. If there are limitations within your body in any of these areas, your body will take the path of least resistance to create the golf swing. For most, this path is flawed and results in an inconsistent golf swing. Your personalized assessment will analyze your bodies ability to perform the golf swing.

The golf program that I went through was some of the best golf training I have experienced. The training that Bryan Morgan and Nick Leader put me through completely elevated my golf game. This program created by Jay Morgan helped me continue to play competitive golf. From this program I picked up 30 yards on all of my clubs. I used to drive consistently around 250, but now I am consistently driving the ball 280-290yds! Definitely worth going through and will improve your golf performance!
I first met Nick when I started the DHF ACL prevention program. As I advanced with the ACL prevention program I decided I wanted to continue at DHF because I would become a better athlete and stronger for my upcoming lacrosse career at The University of Vermont. Nick has prepared me to hit the ground running at UVM in endless ways. Nick has helped me gain confidence, quickness, flexibility, and strength - both mentally and physically.
