What is the Vitality program, and who is it for?
The Vitality program is a personalized health coaching solution designed for individuals aged 50+ who want to improve energy, strength, sleep, and overall well-being while enhancing their long-term health.
What is the screening process?
You will be invited into the Vitality program through your coach via the Vitality app. Once inside, under the Coach tab, you'll be assigned three intake forms to complete: the Vitality Intake Form, PSQI Sleep assessment, and SWAE Community form. From there, our team will help coordinate your Day 1 and Day 2 screenings so the correct testing sequence, staff availability, and first appointment are scheduled properly.

Day 1 screenings take place in the Vitality Lab — to the right upon entrance. Day 2 begins in the Vitality Lab and concludes in the large studio space.
What do I bring?
Day 1: Bring a snack for after your RMR, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. You'll be barefoot for the majority of the Day 1 screenings.

Day 2: Bring a water bottle, well-fitting sneakers, and clothing you would exercise in. Form-fitting athletic gear helps us accurately evaluate movement, joint range of motion, and posture. Avoid clothing that restricts movement or obscures body alignment.
Do I need to fast?
Day 1: Yes — arrive fasted for at least 8 hours. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, or intense exercise for 12 hours prior.

Day 2: Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before testing. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or strenuous activity for at least 12 hours prior. Hydrate well, but avoid large fluid intake immediately before your session.
How is the program paid for?
The 2-session screening package is $600. The Vitality Blueprint add-on package is $1049. HSA/FSA funds may be used through TrueMed.
Why do I need to request a screening instead of booking directly online?
Vitality Screenings include multiple testing components and require the correct scheduling sequence. Rather than sending you directly to checkout, our team coordinates your first appointment to make sure you are placed in the right screening pathway, with the right staff, at the right time. After you submit your request, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the best next step.
How does the Vitality Blueprint bloodwork add-on work?
The Vitality Blueprint add-on provides a more advanced blood marker profile that helps identify deeper opportunities related to metabolism, hormones, nutrients, stress, recovery, and performance. DPR integrates those results with your Vitality Screening data so your plan is built from both internal and functional performance markers. Learn more here.
Can I reassess later?
Yes. Follow-up reassessments can be scheduled to measure progress, update your roadmap, and refine your next phase of training, recovery, and health strategy.
