The Vitality program is a personalized health coaching solution designed for individuals aged 50+ who want to improve energy, strength, sleep, and overall well-being while enhancing their long-term health.

What does the program include?

The program includes a comprehensive health assessment, personalized coaching plan across six wellness pillars, a 90-day follow-up, and optional Lifeforce biomarker testing.

Do I need to participate in the Lifeforce add-on?

How is the program paid for?

The program is $333/month over three months, and HSA/FSA funds can be used for payment.

What can I expect during the initial assessment?

The assessment includes physical and biological testing, performance testing, and metabolic testing to create a tailored plan. For all three assessment appointments, we recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for full range of motion. Form-fitting attire, such as workout gear, helps us accurately evaluate your movement, joint range of motion, and posture. Supportive athletic shoes are also advised, especially for performance testing and 3DMAPS™ assessments. Avoid clothing that restricts movement or obscures body alignment.

How often are reassessments done?

Reassessments are completed every 90 days to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.
