What is the Vitality program, and who is it for?
The Vitality program is a personalized health coaching solution designed for individuals aged 50+ who want to improve energy, strength, sleep, and overall well-being while enhancing their long-term health.
What is the screening process?
You will be invited into the Vitality program through your coach via the Vitality app. Once inside, under the Coach tab, you'll be assigned three intake forms to complete: the Vitality Intake Form, PSQI Sleep assessment, and SWAE Community form. From there, you'll schedule your Day 1 and Day 2 screenings.

Day 1 screenings take place in the Vitality Lab (to the right upon entrance). Day 2 begins in the Vitality Lab and concludes in the large studio space.
What do I bring?
Day 1: Bring a snack for after your RMR (you'll be fasted), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. You'll be barefoot for the majority of the Day 1 screenings.

Day 2: Bring a water bottle, well-fitting sneakers, and clothing you would exercise in. Form-fitting athletic gear helps us accurately evaluate movement, joint range of motion, and posture. Avoid clothing that restricts movement or obscures body alignment.
Do I need to fast?
Day 1: Yes — arrive fasted for at least 8 hours. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, or intense exercise for 12 hours prior.

Day 2: Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before testing (VO₂ Max). Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or strenuous activity for at least 12 hours prior. Hydrate well, but avoid large fluid intake immediately before your session.
How is the program paid for?
The 2-session screening package is $600 and the full 6-month plan is $999. HSA/FSA funds can be used for payment through our partner TrueMed.
How does the bloodwork with Quest Health work?
Your program includes two sets of foundational labs through Quest Health — one at the start and one at the 6-month mark. You'll receive a digital gift card each time to cover your test, which you can use at the nearest Quest Health location.
How often are reassessments done?
Reassessments are completed at the beginning of the program and again at the 6-month marker to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
How is this different from other wellness programs?
Vitality focuses not only on immediate health improvements but also on enhancing long-term healthspan — addressing movement, nutrition, sleep, stress resilience, supplements, and community support in one connected, personalized plan.
