How do I enter DPR during 5–7 AM hours?
All 5AM Club members receive keyless entry access via a door-entry app. Once enrolled and confirmed, you’ll be issued credentials and instructions so you can enter during club hours without waiting for staff.
Will staff be onsite at 5:00 AM?
Not always. The 5AM Club is designed for self-directed, internally driven members. Coaching sessions and classes are scheduled within the 5–7 AM window, but staff coverage will vary by day and by the class schedule.
What are the 5AM Club access hours?
You’ll have access every day from 5:00–7:00 AM. Most members choose a primary training block (5–6 or 6–7) for consistency, but you can schedule based on availability and programming.
Can I use the showers?
Yes. Shower access is available, and showers are reserved through the Mindbody app to keep flow smooth and predictable during early morning hours.
What does the initial assessment include, and what does it cost?
All new members begin with a Vitality Screening so your training is grounded in measurable baselines. Your initiation includes:

How do classes work if the schedule changes?
5AM Club classes and training focuses evolve periodically based on the current training cycle and pillar emphasis. The goal is to keep progress moving while keeping programming fresh. Your exact class options each week will be visible inside Mindbody.
Do I have to come every day?
No. You can train daily if you want, but the program is built to produce results with consistent weekly attendance. The key is choosing a realistic weekly cadence and following the plan.
