Golf is a sport with a complex swing.  In order to have an effective and efficient swing, the body must have the ability to coordinate a sequence of motions required. Optimal flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and power are needed for proper sequencing. If there are limitations within your body in any of these areas, your body will take the path of least resistance to create the golf swing which limits the potential of your shot. Dynamic Health & Fitness is proud to introduce our Golf Program. THE PROCESS

Once we have identified the golfers baseline a movement screening is performed to identify the bodies ability to perform the golf swing optimal. A joint by joint analysis of the mobility and stability of the body is at the core of the movement screening. The body is asked to perform motions similar to that of the demands of the backswing to follow through. Discover if your body has proper ankle dorsiflexion and hip internal rotation for the backswing – does your foot have the ability to invert and spine extend to control the follow through. these and more are answered.

DHF has aligned with Zepp Golf & SkyTrak Technology to instantly analyze various metrics of your golf swing. From club head speed, ball distance to hip rotation the technology offers data rich details of your swing. By this way, the data is turned into rich, valuable, and understandable feedback that helps our coaches create a better training environment. The athlete wears a simple sensor on their glove and within 10 swings unveils the feedback on our mobile platform.

Upon analysis of the mobility and stability movements, your individualized success code is determined and your body map is designed. The design of your program is personalized just for you. Each program integrates mindset, nutrition, movement, recovery, and cognitive skills to help optimize your ability to perform.
