Off-Season Training

BUILD STRENGTH / GAIN POWER

The off-season is the time to recover from the season, and build the foundations needed for peak performance for the upcoming season. Typical off-season conditioning programs last for 9 weeks with a goal of building base conditioning, strength, max power, and power endurance.

Pre-Season Training

SKILLS TRAINING

The pre-season programs looks, feels, and smells like your specific sport. Advancing from the power training developed within your off-season program, movements demands will be similar to the specific sport. Skills training programs last 4 weeks.

In-Season Training

STAY HEALTHY / SUSTAINABILITY

The goal of the in-season conditioning program is to preserve your strength and power gains from your off-season conditioning program. Focus is placed on mobility drills and fundamental strength needs. Typical in-season conditioning programs last for 9 weeks.

LIVE COACHING PROGRAMS

Private Sessions

For the athlete needing reconditioning from a previous injury, nagging discomfort, or for skills based specific training. All programs start with a 3DMAPS session to start smart.

Small Group Training

For athletes entering their off-season training, and looking to focus on strength, speed, and power. Small group training classes have a maximum of 15 like minded athletes. All programs start with a 3DMAPS session to start smart.

REMOTE COACHING PROGRAMS

Our standard Remote Coaching program is our YSport program. This program is designed for the internally motivated athlete who needs minimal coaching. The athlete will receive a personalized movement assessment via our video consult feature to help assist in the program.
