Get Ready with Experienced Running & Biomechanic Coaches
Our coaches have experienced races, from 5k to marathons. The DHF Coaches understand how the body must move to effectively stay on the course, but also how you can achieve your best time!
Each person who joins our Running Program begins with an individualized assessment. This assessment is designed to:
Identify your running goals
Identify your current running thresholds
Help prevent injury
After your assessment, our coaches will create an individualized program for you on the DHF CoachFit App and introduce you to our classes. Your program its built to be done one on one with a coach, through our app, or a combination of all three!

Members of our group classes work together with our coaches to:
Increase their running flexibility and mobility
Enhance their endurance and sustainability
Learn proper running biomechanics to stay on the course, and achieve their best time!

THE RUNNING e-Program
You will discover our lite version of our 12 week conditioning program designed to prepare you for the event. Developed for the beginner to elite participant, the program introduces the components and fundamentals needed to excel.
