COVID-19 PLAN

As we look forward to returning to movement at Dynamic Health And Fitness, the DHF Team has put together our safety procedures. Cleanliness and safety has always been a high priority for our clients and staff, the following procedures will help strengthen the plan.

 

DHF Phase 1: Beginning in June we will begin our private movement therapy sessions.

DHF Phase 2: June 16th, outdoor small group training 

DHF Phase 3: TBD, indoor small group training sessions at 33% capacity.

The DHF Team will be deep cleaning with disinfectant before and after all 1on1 sessions and small group training classes.

Touchless hand sanitizer units will be placed for clients use upon entering the studio. Sanitizer wipes will be in locations around studio as well.

Gloves and masks will be worn by the DHF Team. Face masks are strongly encouraged for DHF Clientele. There will be masks available at the studio.

The DHF Team will be required to have temperatures taken daily. It is requested that any client showing common symptoms to COVID-19 not come into the studio.

Certain amenities will be not in use for the near future. Massage chairs, saunas, water fountains will resume when determined appropriate.

1on1 Training

Your Space

We will be spreading out our current 1on1 stations to create further space. We have 6500 sq. ft of space for 3 clients and 3 coaches. Equipment will only be utilized by one client at a time, and the DHF Team will sanitize before and after session.

Session Times & Duration 

To accommodate our DHF Team and their 1on1 clients we will be staggering appointments to provide additional space, and clients entering and leaving studio. We request that you enter the studio at your scheduled time via a text message from us, as we will be ready to move immediately.

Outdoor Group Training

Your Space

We will begin our Small Group Training Classes outdoors. The workouts designed will adhere to our no sharing equipment standards, with each client having over 100 sq. feet of space. The outdoor training program will be held in the back of the studio.

Class Duration

To accommodate all of our clients, classes will be designed in 45 minute durations. This will also allow us appropriate sanitizing efforts through the day.

Class Protocols

  1. Clients can arrive 5 minutes prior to class and must leave within 5 minutes after class. Please meet us behind the studio. We cannot allow entry through the studio based on indoor capacity guidelines.
  2. There is parking to the side of the clothing store and behind the building. 
  3. Clients are to bring their own water bottles and towels. The studio’s water fountain is not in service.
  4. Masks do not have to be worn while participating in outdoor workouts. However we also still want to maintain proper social distancing.
  5. One client at a time is permitted to utilize the locker room, please be prepared to move upon arrival. If entering the studio a mask must be worn.
  6. The DHF Team will sanitize before and after class.
  7. In case of weather disruptions, please go on the DHF Team Page on Facebook for updates.

Registering For Classes

DHF Clients must register for their classes via our CoachFit app. Clients will be able to reserve up to 7-10 days in advance, and will be permitted to attending two classes weekly. We will also be offering a full LiveStream schedule to supplement your training plans.

Indoor Group Training

We will begin indoor group training when we receive approval from the state government. Upon approval, we will issue our indoor group training guidelines.

Q: Will I still be able to perform sessions remotely via services such as Zoom?

A: Absolutely, our goal is to provide our programs and coaching services on your terms. We have had clientele realize that remote coaching sessions work and save travel time!

Q: Will LiveStream classes cost extra once small group training is back at the studio?

A: No, LiveStream Classes are now apart of our small group training package. Semi-private speciality classes will have a cost. Those speciality classes will be announced at a later date.

Q: Will you be taking on new clients?

A: No, during our initial phases we will not be taking on any new clients within our studio. Our goal is to service our current clientele. Our online training programs will be launching mid-June, those programs will be offered to new clients.

Q: Can I bring my own equipment such as mats or medicine balls?

A: Yes you can, we ask to not share that equipment with anyone of course.
