The programs developed at Dynamic Health & Fitness are based on the Principles Of Applied Functional Science developed by the Gray Institute. Applied Functional Science is the convergence of Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Behavioral Sciences that consists of the Principles-Strategies-Techniques process for functional assessment, training and conditioning, rehabilitation, and injury prevention that is practical for any and all individuals regardless of age or ability.

The first step involved in any of our programs is a movement assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to discover the individual’s thresholds of success. Your coach will customize a variety of movement tests based on you – your task – and your goals. We have teamed up with Spark Pro Motion a technology company that enhances our ability to analyze your movement thresholds. Once we have identified your movement thresholds, your coach will design your personalized program.

  • Personalized Training

    Any good program starts with a professional assessment. Your coach will design a homeworkable program based on you – your tasks -your goals. Additional coaching available after assessment

  • Sports Conditioning Programs

    Increase your vertical, establish your balance, accelerate faster, build total body strength, coordinate your moves, develop power on demand, and recover from your sport

  • FUNctional Fitness Classes

    Squat, lunge, lift, push, pull, shuffle, jog, reach, jump, and more to enhance your bodies capabilities to endure, to improve strength and power

A few of Bryan’s biggest accomplishments in his career has been empowering over 500 elementary school students to exercise for one hour while building self confidence and teamwork as part of Bryan’s Move More series

    Nick started as a student athlete at Dynamic Health and Fitness. After making incredible gains, he decided to dedicate his life to helping others through health and wellness. Nick has developed a reputation for helping youth and college level athletes achieve their performance goals, individuals improve health and appearance, and for coaching individuals out of physical pain to achieve a higher quality of life. He has experienced the game of hockey from all different view points, having been a player, a coach and a trainer to hundreds of different, unique hockey players.
