He has a reputation for making an impact on and transforming the lives of junior and elite athletes, patients who have suffered physical injury, as well as people who simply want to improve their health and/or appearance.
Bryan serves as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. He is recognized as a motivational speaker with over fifteen years experience. A few of Bryan’s biggest accomplishments in his career has been empowering over 500 elementary school students to exercise for one hour while building self confidence and teamwork as part of Bryan’s Move More series
Nick started as a student athlete at Dynamic Health and Fitness. After making incredible gains, he decided to dedicate his life to helping others through health and wellness. Nick has developed a reputation for helping youth and college level athletes achieve their performance goals, individuals improve health and appearance, and for coaching individuals out of physical pain to achieve a higher quality of life. He has experienced the game of hockey from all different view points, having been a player, a coach and a trainer to hundreds of different, unique hockey players.
